Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all designated areas to uphold cleanliness standards. Care for floors by sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and applying appropriate treatments to maintain a polished appearance. Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and service spaces efficiently while respecting privacy and safety protocols. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to ensure operational readiness. Follow established safety procedures during cleaning activities and handle cleaning equipment responsibly. Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution. Maintain detailed logs of cleaning activities and ensure all assigned tasks are completed within scheduled timeframes. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures. Expertise in floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing for various flooring types. Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred to understand guest service expectations. Knowledge of industrial cleaning methods and custodial practices to handle diverse environments effectively. Familiarity with janitorial equipment and supplies, ensuring safe and efficient use of tools. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
