Housekeeper

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring that all areas are welcoming and comfortable for guests and staff. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas. Conduct industrial cleaning tasks as required, ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation standards. Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment efficiently to maintain optimal cleanliness. Assist in floor care maintenance, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Uphold high standards of hospitality by providing excellent service to guests during interactions. Collaborate with housekeeping management to implement best practices for cleanliness and organization. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred; experience in hotel or hospitality settings is a plus. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment operation is beneficial. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow cleaning protocols effectively. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
