Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic EVS Housekeeping professional to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the Courthouse Annex/Artesian facilities. This vital role ensures a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for staff, visitors, and the public. Schedule :

Monday - Thursday 5pm to 7pm and Sunday 12pm to 5pm. Hourly rate $14. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and scrubbers. Handle chemical agents safely by following established safety protocols during cleaning and sanitation procedures. Conduct manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of supplies, furniture, or equipment while adhering to safe lifting practices. Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, fixtures, and high-touch areas regularly throughout the day. Operate custodial equipment efficiently to ensure optimal cleanliness and floor care, including buffing and polishing floors as needed. Restock supplies such as paper products, soap dispensers, and cleaning materials to ensure continuous availability. Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents or chemical mishandling incidents while maintaining facilities' cleanliness. Requirements Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial cleaning environments is highly preferred. Knowledge of proper chemical handling safety procedures and sanitation standards. Experience operating cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and other custodial tools. Ability to perform manual tasks including heavy lifting with safe lifting practices. Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness in cleaning routines. Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with staff and visitors when needed.
