What We Offer:

Competitive Starting Pay:

$20.00 per hour to start.

Guaranteed Fast Raise:

10% pay bump ($22.00/hr) after a successful 3-month trial period.

Key Responsibilities:

Full Laundry Care:

Washing, drying, folding, and putting away clothes and household linens.

General Cleaning:

Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and deep cleaning kitchens and bathrooms.

Organization:

Keeping common areas tidy and returning items to their proper places.

Pet Support:

Letting out or refreshing water for our two friendly Schnoodles. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities using appropriate cleaning techniques and supplies Care for floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to ensure readiness for guest needs Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to promote a safe environment for everyone Handle industrial cleaning tasks when necessary, including deep cleans of carpets or upholstery Maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with hospitality industry regulations and company policies Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure swift resolution Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments is highly desirable Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during shifts Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout the shift Must be completely comfortable working around dogs. Excellent references from previous employers. Reliable personal transportation to our Tulsa home.
