Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met. Conduct floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or maintenance needs. Adhere to safety and sanitation policies while performing cleaning tasks. Assist in laundry services as needed, ensuring linens and towels are clean and well-presented. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure guest satisfaction and address any specific requests or concerns. Uphold hospitality standards by providing friendly service to guests during interactions. Experience Previous experience in cleaning roles such as housekeeping, janitorial services, or custodial work is preferred. Familiarity with hotel operations or hospitality environments is a plus. Experience in industrial cleaning or housekeeping management will be considered an advantage. Strong understanding of cleaning techniques and equipment usage is essential. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
