Overview Join our dynamic team as a Housekeeper and play a vital role in creating clean, welcoming, and comfortable environments for our residents and guests. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across residential or hospitality settings, ensuring every space is spotless, sanitized, and inviting. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces, using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Conduct detailed floor care routines such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and performing carpet cleaning when necessary Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting surfaces, fixtures, and high-touch areas to promote health and safety Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and professionally Manage janitorial tasks such as trash removal, replenishing supplies, and ensuring all cleaning tools are properly maintained Assist with housekeeping management tasks in larger facilities or hotels to coordinate schedules and ensure consistent quality Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles; janitorial experience is highly valued Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation procedures, and floor care methods including carpet cleaning Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending frequently Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Familiarity with laundry processes and equipment operation Prior experience in commercial cleaning or hospitality environments is a plus Ability to follow safety protocols diligently while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment Join us in delivering exceptional cleanliness and comfort!
