Lead in Training Responsibilities Perform high-quality residential and commercial cleaning. Learn leadership responsibilities while working alongside experienced team members. Assist with training, quality control, and client communication. Grow into a leadership position as opportunities become available. Cleaning Technician Responsibilities Perform detailed residential and commercial cleaning. Follow company cleaning systems and checklists. Work efficiently while maintaining our quality standards. Treat every client's home with professionalism and care. Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Ability to pass a background check.
