Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs, provide updates on completed tasks, and ensure satisfaction with the service provided. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential settings is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures and sanitation standards. Experience operating various cleaning equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, buffers, and carpet extractors. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces including wood, tile, carpet, glass, and countertops. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the workday. Familiarity with handling cleaning detergents safely while adhering to health regulations. Outdoor work experience is a plus for tasks involving exterior surface maintenance or patio cleaning.
