The Quality Inn Florence is currently hiring a position within our housekeeping team. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, have strong attention to detail , and enjoy creating a clean, welcoming environment for our guests. This is a fast-paced, physical position with the reward of making a lasting impression on every guest who stays with us. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high cleanliness standards. They would also inspect rooms for cleanness by other housekeepers the days they are in laundry.

Primary Responsibilities:

Warmly greet and interact with guests Ensure the safety and security of guests and their belongings Clean guest rooms to brand and company standards Service stay-over rooms (refresh linens, remove trash, make beds, clean bathrooms, vacuum, and dust) Prepare departure rooms for new arrivals (full cleaning, sanitizing, restocking amenities) Sanitize high-touch areas in guest rooms and public spaces Maintain cleanliness of hallways and surrounding areas Stock and organize housekeeping carts at the end of each shift Work effectively as part of a team in a diverse environment Previous Hotel Laundry Experience preferred but will train the right person!!

Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be reliable and a team player Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift Ability to lift, push, and pull moderate weight Must be able to bend, reach, and kneel regularly
