Duties Use ladders safely to access high areas such as roofs, gutters, and siding for cleaning or repairs Operate pressure washers and industrial cleaning equipment to remove dirt, mold, algae, and debris from exterior surfaces Utilize hand tools and specialized cleaning tools to scrub, scrape, or polish various exterior features Apply personal protective equipment (PPE) properly to ensure safety during all tasks Conduct manual handling of heavy equipment and materials while following proper lifting techniques Perform outdoor cleaning tasks including window washing, gutter clearing, and surface scrubbing with attention to detail Background in Follow strict safety protocols and hazard awareness, to maintain a safe work environment We provide Gutter Cleaning, Window Washing, Pressure Washing, and Lawn Care Services.

Skills Experience with ladder use and working at heights confidently and safely Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques specific to exterior surfaces and industrial cleaning standards Proficiency with pressure washing equipment and various hand tools used in exterior maintenance Background in professional Lawncare and Property Management. Ability to handle heavy lifting and manual handling tasks efficiently without compromising safety Familiarity with outdoor work environments and conditions that may vary throughout the year Excellent customer service skills to communicate professionally with homeowners about the work being performed Understanding of safety protocols including PPE usage, and hazard identificationEmbark on a rewarding career where your expertise helps enhance the curb appeal of homes while ensuring safety at every step.
