Housekeeping & Linen Specialist Multiporpoise Management is looking for amazing Housekeeping & Linen Specialists to join our team. We're a growing company looking for employees who want to be paid for getting good online reviews from our guests after a clean. A lot of job advertisements spell out meaningless platitudes about teamwork and about searching for detail-oriented self-starters. We just pay you for impressing our customers. And we put it in writing. We're offering our summer wage of $20.00 per hour through October 31, then to $17.50 per hour starting November 1st. Not enough? Benefits include a 70/30 employer/employee split on health insurance (with vision included), plus sick pay and vacation pay. There's a free gym membership at a local gym, and dental, life, and other elective benefits are available. Also, once per year, employees get a free 2-night stay at any one of our properties, which is a pretty great way to remember why we do this in the first place. STILL not enough? How about your birthday off paid!? This isn't just a laundry job, and it isn't just a housekeeping job — you'll be doing both. Housekeeping shifts start at 10:30 a.m., turning over rooms. Laundry will start at 3:00 p.m., moving linens between our local properties and the laundry facility. You'll need a valid driver's license and your own vehicle — we reimburse mileage. Must be able to carry 50 lbs and handle three flights of stairs, repeatedly. Never cleaned rooms before? No worries, we use a smartphone app that walks you through the process with pictures of each room you clean. The inspector who enforces quality control does too. Your availability must be flexible. Weekend availability is a must. We're a locally owned family company with a real commitment to the whole picture. We pay our staff well, and meet together in the mornings to plan out the day. Our team does not go home until the whole place is cleaned.
