Housekeeper

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a hospitality environment. This role is essential in maintaining the overall appearance and hygiene of our facilities, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and welcoming experience. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met. Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as required. Manage laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleaning tasks as directed. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality by providing friendly service to guests and responding to their needs efficiently. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles is preferred; hotel or hospitality experience is a plus. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently within designated timeframes. Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed during cleaning tasks. A positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding service in all interactions.
