Overview Join our dynamic team as a Housekeeper and become the cornerstone of creating a welcoming, spotless environment for our residents and guests. As a vital part of our hospitality or residential services, you will ensure every space is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and comfort. Your dedication will directly contribute to an exceptional experience for everyone who walks through our doors or resides in our properties. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to maintain pristine conditions. Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items. Maintain floor care by performing carpet cleaning, polishing hard floors, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve their appearance and longevity. Ensure all sanitation standards are met by properly handling waste disposal and disinfecting high-touch areas regularly. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to residents' or guests' requests and addressing any concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as inventory control of cleaning supplies and scheduling routine maintenance checks. Uphold safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a secure environment for yourself and others. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential, commercial, or hotel settings is highly desirable. Demonstrated expertise in cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures. Experience with laundry operations and managing household or hotel housekeeping tasks. Background in customer service roles that require effective communication and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and safety guidelines to ensure effective and safe operations. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus for those interested in supervisory roles.
