Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and staff spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and restock supplies to ensure comfort and convenience for guests Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing various flooring types to keep surfaces pristine Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report issues promptly Follow established cleaning protocols using appropriate janitorial equipment and eco-friendly cleaning products Assist with laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels Support overall hotel operations by managing inventory of cleaning supplies and ensuring proper storage Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services within hospitality or industrial environments Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including stripping, waxing, polishing, and carpet cleaning Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable for understanding guest expectations Excellent attention to detail with a focus on sanitation standards and safety procedures Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication transforms spaces into inviting retreats!
