Overview Join our growing team at Odd Mom Odd Jobs as a Cleaning Technician specializing in residential and commercial cleaning. In this role, you will help create clean, welcoming environments for our clients while working a flexible schedule that fits your life. Most jobs are located in the Salem and Dallas areas , with additional service in surrounding communities. Responsibilities Perform detailed cleaning of residential homes and commercial spaces Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces Complete deep cleaning tasks (kitchens, bathrooms, floors, etc.) Handle occasional specialty tasks such as windows or detailed organization Follow cleaning checklists and company standards Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment Communicate professionally with clients regarding needs or requests Work independently and with a team to complete jobs efficiently Qualifications Cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, standing) Reliable transportation to job sites in the service area Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated Professional communication and customer service skills What We Offer Starting pay at $16/hour with room for raises Flexible scheduling (great for parents or school-hour availability) Paid Time Off (PTO) Cleaning supplies provided Company team shirt provided Supportive, family-friendly work environment Work Area Dallas, Monmouth, Woodburn, Stayton, and Salem (majority of work in Salem & Dallas) Join a local business that values reliability, flexibility, and quality work.
