Housekeeping-Room Attendant

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and residents. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas. Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Replenish supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Adhere to established cleaning protocols and schedules to maintain consistency in service delivery. Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly. Adhere to health and safety regulations. Provide exceptional service to guests by responding to requests promptly and courteously. Skills Experience in industrial cleaning or custodial services is preferred. Familiarity with hotel housekeeping practices or hospitality industry standards is a plus. Strong knowledge of housekeeping management techniques and best practices. Ability to maintain cleanliness in high-pressure environments while meeting deadlines. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering quality results. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
