Responsibilities:
Perform professional housekeeping duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and changing linens, scrubbing showers and toilets, detail cleaning kitchens and appliances, cleaning windows, tracks, sills, and blinds, etc. Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience (Excellent customer service skills are a MUST !) Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately Follow strictly established procedures and checklists for cleaning and sanitizing to maintain a consistently clean and safe environment Monitor inventory levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate Provide exceptional customer service to clients and residents by addressing any concerns or requests promptly Assist with marketing efforts by handing out marketing materials, asking for referrals, and reaching out to local businesses and homeowners as needed (Commissions available)
Skills:
Previous experience in housekeeping is not required, however a friendly, outgoing attitude and strong work ethic is! Ability to perform all commercial and residential cleaning tasks quickly without compromising quality Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients/co-workers in a friendly and professional manner
Requirements:
Must have a clean background and pass a drug test Possess reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided) and be willing to travel between jobs, mostly between Lebanon, Albany, and Corvallis, occasionally in Sweet Home and surrounding areas (We do our best to keep our housekeepers close to their preferred areas)
THIS PARTICULAR HIRE NEEDS TO BE COMFORTABLE SERVING IN SALEM FOR MAJORITY OF SHIFTS.
Possess an exceptional desire to go above and beyond for our clients For this position, we need availability to work on weekends
Nice To Have:
Availability to fill an evening shift 2x/week for our commercial clients
Compensation and Benefits:
Pay Structure Newly hired housekeepers start at $18.00 per hour for training and onboarding. After training, our team members transition to our Pay-for-Performance (P4P) system , which allows cleaners to earn additional bonuses on each clean based on efficiency and job completion . This means that instead of only earning hourly wages, cleaners have the opportunity to increase their earnings by completing homes efficiently while maintaining quality standards . The faster and more efficiently a job is completed (while meeting our quality expectations), the higher the effective hourly earnings can be. Many of our team members earn well above the base hourly rate through performance bonuses. We believe this system rewards cleaners who work hard, take pride in their work, and help the team stay on schedule. Bonuses

  • Paid time off accrues at a rate of 1 hour for every 40 hours worked. Employees begin accruing time immediately and are eligible to begin using PTO 6 months from date of hire. Employee Referral Program
