Job Description

Residential Housekeeper in Bend and inside Sunriver Resort and the outlying area of the Sunriver area. No Weekends or Holidays Required. Work week is Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 or 4 p.m. We are looking for a housekeeper to complete cleanings of well maintained Privately Owned Residences and Privately Family Owned Vacation Homes in Sunriver, OR. The goal is to thoroughly clean the agreed upon rooms and to restock privately family owned vacation homes in a timely manner. Private residence in Bend where the client is there or away while we are cleaning. Working shift is Monday through Friday typically 8 to 9 a.m. to start to 3 to 4:30 p.m. full time for one to two people and part-time for one person all in the Sunriver and Bend Area. Earlier start and end times thru September 10th. We can be flexible scheduling work start and end time for school schedules for both school age children and college schedules. There are additional hours for the summer busy season. No weekends, evenings or holidays for the most part, or that schedule would be optional and agreed upon prior to confirming a booking for a cleaning. Responsibilities On A Daily Basis Thoroughly clean select rooms to the agreed upon standard cleanliness within the set time limitations required Deliver excellent client liasion in the clients privately owned residence Clean and maintain the condition of the company and client's cleaning equipment Check the inventory of household supplies and report any stock shortages of consumables in the private family vacation homes Maintain a list and pictures of any damages to the premises Prevent security issues by checking that all doors and windows are locked in the vacation homes with absentee owners. Maintain exterior lock boxes have keys in place and secured. Maintain client house keys from lock outs. Handle and coordinate all reasonable client requests and/or complaints; inform other housekeepers and management on a daily basis as required Comply with safety regulations and act in line with company policies Skills One year of professional cleaning experience helpful but not required, willing to train the right person Previous professional cleaning experience or will train the right person Starting wage will be based upon basic cleaning tests of professional cleaning experience Time management skills and ability to prioritize the cleaning routine Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail Ability to work independently and remain motivated once trained Driver's License Preferred. Own Vehicle Preferred.
