Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Parttime Professional Cleaner and Manager to join our team, specializing in maintaining high standards for Airbnb rental properties. Responsibilities Perform thorough residential cleaning of Airbnb properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to meet high cleanliness standards.

Hot-Tub cleaning:

treating and deep cleaning as per schedule.

Lawn Mowing:

Periodic attention and support is needed. Laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels for guest use. Maintain proper sanitation protocols across all areas, including floor care, carpet cleaning, and janitorial tasks to ensure a safe environment. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries related to cleanliness or property issues promptly and professionally. Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and report maintenance needs or safety hazards. Inventory/ Supply management- Ensure proper documentation of work by following cleaning protocols and maintaining checklist including supplies to ensure re-ordering in a timely manner. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping management. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques such as floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and laundry handling. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail under time constraints. Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies used in professional settings. A proactive attitude with a passion for creating clean, welcoming spaces that exceed guest expectations.
