Guaranteed Weekly Pay 20 hours @ 25 = $500 per week+ Monthly Bonus Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Parttime Professional Cleaner and Manager to join our team, specializing in maintaining high standards for Airbnb rental properties. As a key member of our operations, you will ensure our properties are spotless, welcoming, and ready for guests while overseeing daily cleaning routines and managing cleaning staff. Responsibilities Perform thorough residential cleaning of Airbnb properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to meet high cleanliness standards. Manage scheduling and supervision of cleaning staff to ensure timely turnovers and consistent quality. Oversee laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels for guest use. Maintain proper sanitation protocols across all areas, including floor care, carpet cleaning, and janitorial tasks to ensure a safe environment. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries related to cleanliness or property issues promptly and professionally. Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and report maintenance needs or safety hazards. Implement efficient cleaning procedures aligned with hospitality industry best practices, including hotel-style housekeeping management. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping management. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques such as floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and laundry handling. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Prior experience in custodial roles or hospitality environments is highly desirable. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail under time constraints. Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies used in professional settings.
