Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties across various areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, making beds and disinfecting surfaces to ensure a spotless environment. Handle janitorial tasks such as waste removal, restocking supplies, and sanitizing restrooms regularly. Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs related to cleanliness or minor repairs, collaborating with maintenance teams when necessary. Assist with light custodial duties such as window cleaning, carpet care. Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries. Use industrial cleaning products efficiently. Support facilities maintenance efforts by ensuring all cleaning tools and supplies are organized and properly stored. Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively with supervisors and colleagues about ongoing tasks or issues. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning is highly preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, bending, and reaching comfortably. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Excellent organizational skills to manage supplies and prioritize daily tasks efficiently.
