In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing laundry operations, maintaining cleanliness throughout the property, and supporting guest needs with a proactive and friendly approach. Your dedication will help create a welcoming environment that guests remember and appreciate. Responsibilities Handle all laundry duties, including sorting, washing, drying, folding Perform dry cleaning processes for delicate or specialized garments, ensuring quality standards are met Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and service spaces through thorough cleaning and sanitation practices Assist with replenishing supplies in guest rooms and common areas to ensure seamless service delivery Support the housekeeping team by providing timely assistance with laundry-related tasks and light housekeeping duties as needed Follow safety protocols during laundry operations and cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working environment Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks efficiently and uphold high standards of service Requirements Reliable Transportation Opening availability including the weekends Prior experience in laundry services, cleaning, or hotel operations is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates Knowledge of laundry techniques, including dry cleaning processes, is a plus Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks efficiently Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude toward guests and team members Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required by the hotel schedule.
