Housekeeper

Responsibilities:

• Perform general housekeeping duties, including cleaning and sanitizing rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
• Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors
• Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste
• Restocking supplies such as toiletries and towels
• Making beds and changing linens
• Washing, folding, and bundling laundry as needed
• Cleaning windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
• Stocking and cleaning the breakfast area as needed.
• Maintaining cleanliness in high traffic areas
• Adhering to safety guidelines and protocols

Skills:

• Experience in floor care, including knowledge of different floor types and appropriate cleaning methods
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness
• Knowledge of housekeeping management practices, including inventory control and scheduling
• Excellent hospitality skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Previous experience in custodial or hotel housekeeping is a plus
