Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment Assist with floor care duties including vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and polishing to maintain spotless surfaces Support housekeeping staff by replenishing supplies and delivering linens or amenities to guest rooms as needed Maintain cleanliness of service areas, storage closets, and janitorial carts to ensure efficient operations Follow safety protocols during industrial cleaning tasks and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution Uphold high standards of hospitality by ensuring all areas are welcoming, organized, and hygienic at all times Qualifications Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles is preferred; hotel or hospitality experience is a plus Knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and polishing Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and safety procedures Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and a positive approach to customer service Previous experience in housekeeping management or custodial roles is advantageous but not required Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication helps shape memorable guest experiences.
