POSITION SUMMARY

Performs routine manual labor tasks in maintaining areas and offices of the complex in attractive, clean, and sanitary conditions. Works evening shifts required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sweeps and mops floors, empties trash baskets, dusts furniture, baseboards, windowsills, etc. Cleans lavatories and bathrooms and maintains supplies for them. Vacuum carpets Clean glass Empty recycling May be required to perform additional work that follows prescribed or well-established procedures that can be learned within a reasonable time by training on the job. More detailed instructions as to the nature of their duties will be given to employees at the beginning of work.
