Housekeeping Room Attendant

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms, public areas, and other designated spaces. Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish supplies such as towels, toiletries, and amenities Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust surfaces to maintain a spotless environment Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe workplace Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock needs replenishing Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as required by management Ensure all areas are maintained in a neat, organized manner throughout the shift Skills Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality environments preferred Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling practices (industrial cleaning experience is a plus) Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic This role is vital in creating a clean, safe, and inviting environment for all guests.
