Housekeeper/Custoidal Team Duties:
- Clean and maintain designated areas, including but not limited to offices, restrooms, common areas, and lobbies
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and appliances
- Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing and polishing
- Ability to perform basic facilities maintenance tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including standing, bending, lifting, and carrying heavy objects
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Part Time opportunity that could lead to Full Time.
- Evening hours roughly 6PM-10
