Manage cleaning supplies by using suitable detergents and janitorial products efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Assist with manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or appliances during deep cleaning or moving chores. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and provide personalized housekeeping services. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles, including janitorial or custodial experience. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, and proper use of cleaning equipment and detergents. Ability to perform outdoor work when required, including patio or garden area maintenance. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes. Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, and prolonged periods of standing or walking. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their expectations. Familiarity with sanitation standards and procedures for maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.
