Part-Time Housekeeper / Nanny

• 40 per hour | Approximately 25 hours per week We are seeking a capable housekeeper/nanny for regular hands-on house cleaning and childcare across two nearby family households.

This is a private-household support role, not mortgage, sales or office work. It combines real cleaning with childcare—not babysitting with occasional light tidying. Applicants must be interested in both parts of the role. Flexible part-time schedule Monday-Friday, 9 AM-2 PM is a flexible starting window, not a fixed commitment. Final days and times will be agreed together. Babysitting needs can vary; any additional hours and availability will be agreed in advance. We are looking to get started promptly, with the start date by agreement. This is an in-person role, not a live-in position. What you will do

• Thorough routine bathroom cleaning, including toilets, showers/tubs, sinks and floors.
• Kitchen cleaning, dishes, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, laundry, tidying and household organization.
• Grocery shopping, household supplies and practical errands.
• Care for a preschool-aged child and provide daycare transportation.
• Help with babysitting as agreed and coordinate schedules and tasks with the family and our digital assistant.

We will keep our existing monthly deep-cleaning service, but this role still includes real, regular cleaning between those visits, including bathrooms. Childcare takes priority while you are responsible for the child; focused cleaning will be scheduled around childcare needs. What we are looking for Preschool childcare experience, hands-on house-cleaning experience, safe driving, reliable transportation, clear communication, discretion and a genuine willingness to do both childcare and housekeeping. Please be comfortable around dogs and coordinating tasks and schedules with the family and our assistant. This is separate from our personal-assistant/property-coordinator opening. You will not be responsible for managing property contractors or vehicle/equipment sales as part of this role. Please describe your bathroom/house-cleaning experience, childcare experience, usual availability and daycare-driving experience. Confirm that you are interested in both the cleaning and childcare responsibilities. References will be discussed as part of the hiring process.
