Custodian/Housekeeper Join our team at Westmoreland Manor, a premier Nursing Home providing quality health care and physical rehabilitation services to its residents. For over 150 years, we have been dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. About the Role We are seeking a full-time Custodian/Housekeeper to join our team. As a Custodian/Housekeeper, you will be responsible for performing general housekeeping of Westmoreland Manor areas as directed. The shift for this position is variable, but the tentative schedule is on 7A-3P with variable days and rotating weekends. The schedule is subject to change at management's discretion. Responsibilities Mops halls, dining rooms, restrooms, resident rooms, and other non-carpeted areas Climbing a ladder to perform high dusting, taking down and putting up privacy cubicle curtains, valences when soiled Dusts and mops stairwells and door frames, dusts rails in hallways, dusts lights and vending machines in café, etc. Cleans counters, windows and window seals, furniture, etc. Cleans glass doors and mirrors Cleans elevators and elevator tracks Vacuums carpeted areas Buffs hallway floors. Strips and waxes floors as required. Cleans carpets and shampooing as required.
