Ancillary Services Team Member (Housekeeping | Dietary | Activities) The Manors of the
Valley Senior Living Care Pay:
$14.00-$16.00 per hour Full-Time & Part-Time Available Make a Difference Every Day. At The Manors of the Valley , we believe every team member plays an important role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. We're looking for compassionate, dependable individuals to join our Ancillary Services Team in one of the following departments: Housekeeping Dietary Activities Whether you're creating a clean and comfortable home, serving nutritious meals, or bringing joy through engaging activities, you'll make a meaningful impact every day. Responsibilities Depending on the department assigned, responsibilities may include: Housekeeping Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment Clean resident rooms and common areas Follow infection control and sanitation procedures Operate housekeeping equipment and cleaning supplies Assist in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for residents and families Dietary Prepare dining areas before and after meals Assist with food preparation under the direction of the cook Serve meals to residents Wash dishes, pots, pans, and operate commercial dishwasher Maintain kitchen sanitation standards Transport meals between Manors (driver's license required for applicable positions) Activities Encourage resident participation in recreational, social, and wellness programs Assist with planning and leading activities Help coordinate community outings Promote resident engagement and quality of life Support residents during activities and outings Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred ( required for Activities ) Valid Two form of IDs Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to lift up to 25-30 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods Willingness to work flexible schedules, including every other weekend and holiday Ability to maintain resident confidentiality CPR/First Aid certification is preferred for Activities (or willingness to obtain if required) What We Offer Competitive Pay ($14.00-$16.00/hour) Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Flexible Scheduling Paid Time Off Health Insurance (eligible employees) Dental Insurance Supportive Team Environment Opportunities for Growth and Advancement Why Join The Manors of the Valley?
