Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our dedicated team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff alike. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, hallways, and bathrooms using appropriate cleaning supplies and techniques Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces and ensuring compliance with health regulations Care for flooring through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to preserve a pristine appearance Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to residents' requests for assistance or additional cleaning needs Follow established protocols for janitorial tasks and custodial procedures to ensure safety and cleanliness Qualifications Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques such as polishing and carpet cleaning Experience with sanitation standards and proper use of cleaning chemicals Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment Will train the right candidate Benefits PTO
