Overview Join our dynamic team as a Housekeeper and play a vital role in creating a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment for residents and guests alike. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hospitality spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high cleanliness standards Maintain floor care through sweeping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to ensure pristine surfaces Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or guests' needs promptly and courteously Restock supplies in bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure consistent availability for residents and visitors Follow proper sanitation procedures during cleaning routines to prevent contamination and promote health safety Support custodial tasks including trash removal, window cleaning, and light maintenance as needed Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and sanitation standards Knowledge of floor care methods such as polishing, vacuuming carpets, and stain removal techniques Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards residents or guests Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and supplies preferred Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus but not required Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a tangible difference every day!
