OUR HOUSEKEEPING AIDE POSITION
The primary function of this position is to perform the day-to-day housekeeping and cleaning activities of the Housekeeping Department in accordance with all federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations which govern the facility, and, as directed by the Director of Housekeeping and/or Administrator so as to ensure facility is maintained in a clean, safe and comfortable manner. This is a

DAYLIGHT
shift.
TOP AREAS OF FOCUS FOR OUR HOUSEKEEPERS
Cleans all assigned areas, furnishing and fixtures according to established housekeeping procedures. Follows cleaning schedules as outlined for the housekeeping department. Takes trash out to the dumpster. Assists in the transporting of resident belongings as necessary. Prepares rooms for new occupants. Maintains cleaning equipment and supplies in a clean, orderly manner. Maintains a professional, customer-oriented demeanor at all times. Works within a team concept and is thus cooperative with co-workers and peers.
EDUCATION & TRAINING
High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent.
