Job Description
Overview DreamMakers Cleaning is hiring come join our dynamic team as a House Cleaner and bring sparkle and order to our clients' homes! This vibrant role is perfect for energetic individuals who take pride in creating clean, comfortable, and welcoming environments. As a House Cleaner, you'll be the key to transforming spaces through meticulous cleaning, efficient organization, and friendly customer service. Your dedication will ensure every home you touch feels refreshed and inviting, making a real difference in people's lives every day. Our employees schedules are full and we still have customers calling in for cleanings. We need a new employee to take new customers. We will build your hours to 30 hours per week. We do 3 full days and 2 1/2 days a week, Monday through Friday 8-5pm. Every holiday, evening and weekend off. Must have your own reliable vehicle with valid drivers license, must pass criminal background check and drug testing. Must be able to work independently, be reliable, and trustworthy. This is a labor job, must be able to bend, lift, and push. We look for employees with great attendance and fantastic customer service skills. Pay rate is $12/hr plus tips. Tips are guaranteed at each house. Weekly paychecks. Benefits are offered after 1 year of employment. Duties Perform thorough residential cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to maintain high standards of cleanliness Manage sanitation routines by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas to promote health and safety Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with your work Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or hotel housekeeping management Ability to handle manual tasks such as lifting safely and efficiently Strong time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor Embark on a rewarding career where your attention to detail transforms everyday spaces into pristine retreats!
