Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests and residents. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and an eye for detail, as you will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas. Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to ensure cleanliness and hygiene. Change bed linens and towels regularly, ensuring all bedding is fresh and well-presented. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to maintain safety standards. Assist with special cleaning projects as directed by housekeeping management. Skills Strong background in hospitality or customer service is preferred. Experience in industrial cleaning or custodial work is a plus. Knowledge of housekeeping management practices to ensure efficient operations. Proficiency in floor care techniques, including sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning. Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards is advantageous. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
