In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and overall appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities to ensure a spotless environment Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces Care for floors using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment to preserve their appearance and safety Restock supplies like towels, toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to ensure availability for guests and staff Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold safety standards Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations Assist with laundry duties when necessary, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping is highly preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping. Familiarity with hotel operations or custodial experience in industrial or commercial settings is advantageous Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality cleanliness standards Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward guest service Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform repetitive tasks effectively Join us in creating memorable stays by ensuring every corner of our hotel shines!
