Job Summary:

As a Housekeeping & Laundry Attendant, you play a vital role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment that allows our guests to relax and recharge. You will be responsible for maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and hotel linens in accordance with IHG brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and service assigned guest rooms to IHG standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, and replenishing amenities Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public areas, hallways, and back-of-house spaces Operate laundry equipment to wash, dry, fold, and organize linens, towels, and other hotel items Ensure all linens meet quality and cleanliness standards; remove damaged or stained items from circulation Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or lost and found items promptly Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines Maintain housekeeping carts, storage areas, and laundry facilities in an organized and well-stocked condition Work collaboratively with team members to support daily hotel operations and guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

Previous housekeeping or laundry experience preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills and a positive, service-oriented attitude Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry up to 25-50 lbs

Work Schedule & Requirements:

Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays , as required by business levels Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining brand standards
