Duties Assist in the thorough cleaning of public spaces, guest corridors, and back-of-house areas to uphold cleanliness standards. Perform detailed floor care, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet maintenance to ensure pristine surfaces. Support housekeeping staff with linen distribution, trash removal, and replenishing supplies throughout the property. Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms and common areas to identify maintenance or cleaning needs. Maintain cleanliness of service carts, storage closets, and equipment to promote a safe and organized environment. Follow established safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of daily tasks. Experience Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and janitorial equipment operation. Experience with industrial cleaning or custodial management is a plus. Familiarity with hospitality industry standards ensures consistent service quality. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Previous experience in hotel or hospitality settings enhances understanding of guest expectations.
