Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Guest Room Attendant and be the cornerstone of providing a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment for our guests. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, ensuring every visitor experiences a welcoming and pristine space. Your attention to detail and dedication will directly contribute to memorable guest stays and the overall excellence of our hotel experience. Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, and surfaces to uphold high standards of hygiene and comfort Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities such as towels, toiletries, and refreshments to ensure guest satisfaction Perform floor care tasks such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and spot cleaning to maintain a spotless environment Handle janitorial responsibilities including waste removal, surface disinfecting, and deep cleaning of common areas when needed Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms to identify maintenance issues or safety hazards and report them promptly Use industrial cleaning equipment efficiently to ensure thorough cleanliness in all assigned areas Follow established hospitality protocols to deliver exceptional service while respecting guest privacy and preferences Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping within a hotel or hospitality setting is highly preferred Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and industrial cleaning equipment Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with custodial procedures and basic maintenance tasks is advantageous Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping management is a plus but not required Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift supplies, and perform manual cleaning tasks effectively Embark on a rewarding journey where your dedication transforms guest spaces into welcoming retreats.
