House Cleaning & Home Organization — Part-Time, Twice Weekly Initially I'm looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to help with house cleaning, decluttering, and home organization in a 2,300 sq. ft. home. We are a busy family with young children who are homeschooled, indoor/outdoor cats, and dogs, and right now there is no real organizational system in place in our home. I'm looking for someone who can not only clean, but also help me declutter, organize, and create practical systems that our family can actually maintain. Initially, I'm looking for someone twice a week for the first month or two while we get the house under control and establish systems. Once things are organized and running smoothly, the schedule may transition to less frequent maintenance cleaning.

Initial responsibilities may include:

Deep cleaning throughout the home Decluttering and organizing rooms, closets, cabinets, and other areas Helping determine practical places/systems for household items Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, kitchen, etc. Cleaning up after pets Helping establish routines and systems that make it easier to keep the house organized Ongoing maintenance cleaning once the initial organization is completed I am not looking for someone to judge the current state of the house. I'm looking for someone who is patient, hardworking, organized, and genuinely enjoys creating order out of chaos. The ideal person would be comfortable working around children and pets and would ideally have experience with both cleaning and organizing. Someone who can look at a cluttered area and say, "Here's how we can make this work better," would be especially helpful.

Schedule:

Approximately 2 days per week initially

Approximately 2,300 sq. ft.
