Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency. Maintain floor care by sweeping, buffing, polishing, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve flooring quality. Ensure sanitation protocols are strictly followed to promote a healthy environment for residents or guests. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally, ensuring their satisfaction. Manage custodial tasks including waste disposal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment for optimal performance. Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, coordinating schedules or supervising other team members to ensure smooth operations. Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and sanitation standards. Skilled in various cleaning methods including carpet cleaning, floor care, and commercial cleaning practices. Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently while maintaining fabric integrity. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor. Knowledge of housekeeper management practices and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
