Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas within our establishment. This position requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces Vacuum carpets and clean floors using appropriate equipment Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas as necessary Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests or concerns professionally Skills Proven experience in housekeeping management or custodial services is preferred Strong knowledge of hospitality standards and practices Familiarity with floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Excellent attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Join our team as a Room Attendant, where your efforts will contribute significantly to creating a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests.
