Must be able to pass a background check Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to ensure a hygienic environment. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures accurately to meet health and safety standards. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency. Use cleaning equipment and detergents properly to clean floors, carpets, surfaces, and appliances. Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or cleaning supplies safely and effectively. Maintain organized cleaning supplies inventory and ensure all equipment is in good working condition. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service. Follow time management practices to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes. Perform outdoor work when necessary, including cleaning outdoor spaces or patios to uphold overall property cleanliness. Adhere to janitorial and custodial best practices for residential housekeeping, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are consistently met. Qualifications Prior experience in residential cleaning is preferred but not required. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment, and safety protocols related to manual handling and heavy lifting. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail. Outdoor work experience is a plus for handling exterior cleaning tasks when required. A proactive attitude towards maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
