What You'll Do:
Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to Loews Hotels' standards. Replace linens, amenities, and report any maintenance issues promptly. Organize cleaning carts and linen closets, ensuring supplies are stocked and used properly. Report lost items, suspicious behavior, and any irregularities to supervisors. Attend departmental meetings and assist in related areas when needed. Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services to guests. Maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards. Deliver friendly, helpful guest interactions that enhance satisfaction. Follow OSHA safety protocols and departmental procedures for chemical use and emergency situations. Regular attendance in conformance with standards. May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs. Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings. Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications Include:
High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred. Previous experience in a cleaning role preferred. Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment preferred. Basic English skills preferred. Ability to walk, stand, reach and bend. Ability to push, lift, and pull items weighing up to 25lbs repetitively during entire shift. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.
