Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting surfaces, and sanitizing bathrooms Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and care for various flooring types to ensure they are spotless and well-maintained Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linens to ensure guest needs are met promptly Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to maintain a hygienic environment Report maintenance issues or damages to management for prompt resolution Maintain cleanliness in common areas and hallways as needed Use janitorial equipment efficiently and safely to deliver high-quality cleaning results Requirements Prior experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or custodial roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods is advantageous Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness Ability to work independently and efficiently within a flexible schedule Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout shifts Experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is a plus but not required Embark on a rewarding journey where your dedication transforms spaces into pristine retreats!
