Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeping Attendant to ensure the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall maintenance of residential (short term rentals) and/or commercial (motel) properties. In this vital role, you will create a welcoming environment by delivering exceptional cleaning services, managing laundry tasks, and maintaining high standards of hygiene. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will contribute to a positive experience for clients and help uphold the reputation of our housekeeping team. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, and surface cleaning using appropriate cleaning products Implement proper sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met or exceeded Manage laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, making beds, and organizing linens Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming Clean and disinfect surfaces regularly to prevent contamination and promote health safety standards Communicate effectively with management to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services is preferred Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and the proper use of cleaning products and equipment Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and complete assignments promptly Excellent communication skills to address customer needs courteously and professionally Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings while maintaining high-quality standards Join our team as a Housekeeping Attendant where your dedication transforms spaces into pristine environments!
