Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows, mirrors, and surfaces; and sanitize bathrooms. Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and well-presented. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations. Skills Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment operation. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning, waxing, and buffing is an asset.
