In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of guest suites and public areas. Your dedication will ensure our guests enjoy a pristine environment that reflects our commitment to quality service and hospitality. Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces Perform laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, lobby, restrooms, and communal spaces Care for floors through sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques to ensure safety and aesthetics Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products to ensure availability for guests and staff Follow sanitation protocols diligently to uphold health standards and prevent contamination Assist with special cleaning projects like deep cleans or carpet shampooing as needed Requirements Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work or hotel housekeeping is preferred Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods and moving equipment or supplies efficiently Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards guests and team members Familiarity with cleaning tools and products used in custodial or hospitality settings Experience with carpet cleaning or specialized floor care is a plus Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety protocols consistently Join us in creating a welcoming environment where cleanliness meets excellence!
