Perform floor care duties such as mopping, sweeping, and polishing in hallways, lobbies, and other public areas to maintain a polished appearance. Ensure all common areas like lobbies, restrooms, and hallways are spotless and well-maintained throughout the day. Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and maintain safety standards. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to deliver consistent quality while safeguarding health standards. Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure smooth daily operations. Skills Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles within hotels or hospitality environments is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning, waxing, and polishing. Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures and standards for guest service excellence. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and order. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced settings. Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts. Knowledge of custodial equipment operation and industrial cleaning methods is a plus.
